King's University College at Western University Scholarship for January 2019 invites applications from students who have passed Class 12 and are interested in pursuing an undergraduate degree program under the internationally renowned Western University. The King's University College, Canada is the undergraduate business and liberal arts school at the Western University, which is ranked among the top-10 comprehensive universities in Canada. As part of one of the oldest and largest universities in Canada, the applicants will be eligible to enrol themselves in any of the following programs: Management and Organisational Studies; Social Sciences; Arts; Social Justice and Peace Studies.

    Eligibility
    Academic requirements
    An applicant -
    • Must have passed Class 12 with an overall aggregate of 75% or more.
    • Need not to have Mathematics as a mandatory subject in Class 12 while applying for admission in any programme.

    English requirements

    An applicant must fulfill the following minimum criteria in TOEFL/IELTS/PTE -
    • At least 6.5 bands in IELTS with no section less than 6.0.
    • At least 580 marks in TOEFL, with at least 4.5 in TWE, or at least 85 marks in IBT with no section less than 20.
    • Overall 58 marks in PTE with no score less than 56.
    Benefits
    • The students selected for this scholarship program will be eligible to receive an award of up to CAD 17,000.
    • The students will receive their degrees from the world-renowned Western University.
    • As part of one of the largest universities of Canada, the students will have an excellent probability of landing jobs in the fields of their interest.
    • Select students will have the option of transferring to Richard Ivey School of Business in the third year.
    • The selected students will be a part of small interactive classes having an excellent student to faculty ratio of 24:1.

    • Scanned copy of passport (front and back).
    • Resume.
    • Documents demonstrating non-academic achievements for additional scholarships (if applicable).

    How can you apply?

    Students can apply for King's University College at Western University Scholarship for January 2019 through the Buddy4Study portal. A student can follow the below steps to apply:

    Step 1: Students willing to apply for this scholarship can visit the Buddy4Study application portal here.
    Step 2: One can register on Buddy4Study and proceed with the online application process.
    Step 3: Fill in the personal details in the common application form and proceed to the next step.
    Step 4: The applicant can then select his/her academic preferences.
    Step 5: Review the form and then submit the application.
    Step 6: The students will be shortlisted based on merit and will then be asked to appear for a short telephonic interview.
    Step 7: The finalist students (post interview) need to apply for King's University College at Western University to receive a conditional offer letter.
